"We got together this year on a grass roots approach to raise enough money to make a major improvement into our main field"

Brett ScolariHI,

I am a local attorney, born and raised in Reno. I love what you all are doing. I am the treasurer of Reno Continental Little League where my sons all play baseball. Reno Continental is one of the oldest little league parks in this area serving a diverse group of kids with all different backgrounds. We have struggled through the years with a facility at Jack Tighe Park (behind the new Moana flat fields) that has not had much reinvestment. We got together this year on a grass roots approach to raise enough money to make a major improvement into our main field. We raised over $70,000 dollars in a little over two months. Money, time and talent came from all walks of life, individuals, local businesses as well as the City of Reno and TMWA. We were able to replace our infield with artificial turf and make some other vital equipment purchases. It has been fantastic for the kids!
